STANDARD SHIPPING DETAILS

Our standard shipping charges for any campaign or sales offer are as under. (Shipping charges may vary as per location)

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:

Amount paid through debit/credit card & mobile wallets are not refundable.

ADVANCE PAYMENT:

In certain cases, customers may be required to make a partial or full advance payment depending on the product type or delivery location.

ORDERS ON THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS:

Be MoltyFoam will not be liable for payment return of any orders received from third party partners such as BaadMay as the payment is managed by the third party itself. In case the order is processed from the brand's end and the customer chooses to cancel the order mid-process, delivery charges will be non-refundable and will be charged to the customer (in case of delivery by courier, actual delivery charges will be deducted as per courier company). 

Order Cancellation

At Be by MoltyFoam, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that plans may change, so please review our order cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

     Orders may be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

     To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order number.

     If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

     Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

     If delivery is refused after dispatch, delivery and handling charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.

3. Customized or Special Orders

     Orders that are custom-made, customized, or cut-to-size cannot be cancelled once production or processing has started.

4. Refund Processing

     Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

     Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.

5. Order Cancellation by Be by MoltyFoam

     Be by MoltyFoam reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

     Product unavailability

     Pricing or system errors

     Incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable customer information

     In such cases, customers will be informed, and a full refund will be issued.
